When I listen to this I immediately get sleepy, so I always have to have it on timer when I use it to relax me in my office ask I will not fall asleep! You should buy this!

There aren't many options, but this app doesn't need many. It does exactly what its title states -- allows me to easily fall asleep.
I can read books on my Fire while this plays in the background (using 1 earpiece). Instead of staying awake until I finish the book, I can now quickly fall asleep.
And the best part? Free may mean price to the developer; to me it has (so far) meant free from constant disturbances due to pain & muscle spasms.
A caution -- set the timer -- it WILL continue to play all night.
